Today, on March 27, two highly mobile chairs for people with disabilities were purchased at the expense of the regional budget within the framework of the Regional Target Program for Improvement and Development of the Social Services Provision System in Luhansk Oblast for 2016-2019 “Care” with the support of Yuriy Garbuz, Head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration and Head of the Regional Military-Civilian Administration. These wheelchairs are intended for people who have dedicated themselves to social activities and care about the problems of people with disabilities and help them socialize.

The inclusive wheelchair was presented to Alyona Moroz, the winner of the All-Ukrainian open beauty contest for girls in wheelchairs “Beauty without Limits”, who is currently staying at the State Rehabilitation Institution “Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities ‘Donbass’ in Kramatorsk.
