PUBLIC UNION “LUHANSK ASSOCIATION OF ORGANIZATIONS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES” (hereinafter referred to as PU “LAOPD”) and the United Nations Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme, under Grant Agreement RPP/2020/04/034/COVID, hereby invite business entities with a good reputation to participate in a tender for the procurement of goods/equipment, specifically:

A Vertical Lift for People with Limited Mobility (more detailed description and specifications in the Terms of Reference) for the office of the NGO “LAOPD” and for ensuring access for persons with disabilities to the Department of Social Protection of Luhansk Region.

Contractors must be officially registered to perform the relevant activities in Ukraine, possess appropriate classification codes for economic activities (KVED), and have experience in carrying out similar works/providing goods or services. Tender documentation can be obtained free of charge at the following address:

Proposals must remain valid for 60 (sixty) days from the date of opening the Competitive Proposals and must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the above address by 11:00 on September 3, 2020. Additionally, the complete package of documents must be sent electronically to grants.ua@undp.org. After submission, the proposals will be opened in the presence of the tender participants. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to the tender participants unopened.
