Since 2014, residents of many settlements in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions have been facing a difficult situation: active combat and occupation have brought destruction to buildings and infrastructure, separated families, and claimed lives.
In Donetsk, as part of the project "Path to Integration: Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine," psychologists have been actively providing psychological support to the civilian population.
Free legal assistance is also available to the local population, including vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities and individuals with limited mobility. Residents can access free legal consultations on various issues relevant to them. This helps improve people's quality of life and resolve certain personal matters.
One of these meetings took place at the end of this week in Donetsk: local residents living near the combat zone had the opportunity to receive free legal advice for resolving their personal concerns.
Legal assistance to the population of the frontline territories is provided as part of the "Path to Integration: Humanitarian Aid in Ukraine" project, in collaboration with partners SOLIDAR SUISSE and SOLIDAR SUISSE UKRAINE. The joint work of the Luhansk Association of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and these organizations focuses on supporting and developing legal assistance for residents of cities affected by the war and in difficult living conditions.
