Supporting vulnerable groups during COVID-19

    A volunteer center was established on the basis of the Association of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (Sievierodonetsk):

    3 hotlines for receiving requests for assistance

    2 special hotlines - psychological support and information gathering

    Free delivery of food and medicines for:

    🔹 Elderly people (priority “80+”)

    People with disabilities

    🔹 Single people and mothers with children

    🤝 Partners: Department of Social Protection of Luhansk Regional State Administration, supermarket “Simia”

    📊 Results:

    📌 878 people contacted the hotline

    📌 842 people took advantage of free delivery
